This contempt petition is filed alleging the order passed by this Court on 12.07.2024 imposing costs on the respondents for violating the right of the petitioners not been complied.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the costs of Rs.1,00,000/- each by the respondents 1 and 2 had been paid to the petitioners as per the direction of this Court.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. In so far as the alleged non obedience of the order passed by this Court in the earlier proceedings vide order dated 01.02.2024 in Crl.OP.No.4726 of 2022, if there is any violation it is open to the petitioner herein, seek for appropriate remedy. Since the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that pursuant to the direction, the respondent has already conducted enquiry and passed order regarding the status of the church.
