This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18101 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.23126 of 2023, by an order dated 15.11.2023, to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
