This petition is filed to extend the time limit to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.05 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri along with a further condition to execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.8200 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties and to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.05 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri is extended till 12.01.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
