This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11212 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial proceedings.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
