This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 03.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.16829 of 2023 to report before the Principal Sessions Court under EC & NDPS trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, on everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial apart from all the hearing dates.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sessions Court under EC & NDPS trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
