This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 8042 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11211 of 2023 to report before Perundurai Police Station, Erode District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and this Petition stands allowed.
