ORDER
The petitioner is figuring as an accused in Crime No.357 of 2016 registered on the file of the respondent. It appears that final report is yet to be filed in this case. The petitioner alleges that he is being harassed at the instance of the respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) fairly states that other than Crime No. 357 of 2016, no other case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent.
3. In this factual background, the respondent will not be justified in needlessly summoning the petitioner herein. The respondent is restrained from summoning the petitioner except for legally justified reasons.

4. With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
