This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b) imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 08.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24108 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
