Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the gratuity, cash equivalent for the earned leave and unearned leave on paid affairs, increment and arrears in increment from 01.10.2014 to 01.10.2016 as mentioned in the regularization order, the salary arrears for 472 days,

allowances during the period of suspension with an interest rate of 18% per annum to the petitioner as per the representation made by the petitioner in his letter to the respondent No.2 dated 29.01.2018 and 09.03.2023. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pay the gratuity, cash equivalent for the earned leave and unearned leave on paid affairs, increment and arrears in increment from 01.10.2014 to 01.10.2016 as mentioned in the regularization order, the salary arrears for 472 days, allowances during the period of suspension with an interest rate of 18% per annum to the petitioner as per the representation made by the petitioner in his letter to the respondent No.2 dated 29.01.2018 and 09.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 29.01.2018 and 09.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
