(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.G.Vedavikas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader, appearing for respondents.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Form-1 notice has been issued by the Tahsildar on 06.01.2024 and further steps are being undertaken to remove the encroachment.
