This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the NDPS Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders, vide order dated 24.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26418 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has also been completed and final report is yet to be filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Special Judge NDPS & EC, Chennai on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
