ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25478 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 23 days. He further submits that the charge sheet has been filed in this case and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25478 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Special Judge (EC & NDPS Court), Chennai, on the 3rd working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
