Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for disbursement of salary to the from the date of transfer of the petitioner in the post of Cook from 25.11.2021 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary along with interest by considering the Representations submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2022, 20.02.2023 and 12.07.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pass orders for disbursement of salary to the from the date of transfer of the petitioner in the post of Cook from 25.11.2021 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary along with interest by considering the Representations submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2022, 20.02.2023 and 12.07.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2022, 20.02.2023 and 12.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
