The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 376(2)(n) & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in this case has been arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 06.01.2024.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concedes the fact submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
