Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the Petitioner in C.No.3032(13)/III/0102, dated 22.03.2002 on the file of the Respondent and quash the same, the Respondent not to treat the Petitioner as defaulter in respect of the amount specified in the order under Section 226

(3) and direct the refund of the said sum of Rs.2.75 crores to the Petitioner together with interest, recovered by the Department pursuant to the said order.
