(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents 5 to 57 are formal parties and hence, no relief was sought against them. To that effect, a memo dated 07.02.2024 was also filed and the same is recorded.

3. Mr.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice the respondents 1, 2, 4 and Mr.K.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents 58 to 77, submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
