This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order in Appeal No.149/2023 (CTA-1) dated 13.09.2023 issued by the first respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.11.2022. The learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect in the writ papers.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made to that effect, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
