Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2022 to remove the illegal encroachment on the 30 feet and 40 feet public road in the approved layout DTP No. 111/75, comprised in Survey No.138/1, Attanthangal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2. In the absence of any factual details and proof of the alleged encroachment, we are not inclined to consider the present matter on merits.

4. In case respondents 1 to 4 are empowered to consider the said representation, then the same shall be considered on its own merits, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
