Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the revision submitted on the 20th of June 2024, followed by resubmission of papers on the 26th of February 2025 and the representation dated 30.04.2025 as against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.05.2024 in Na.Ka.J2/1482449/2023, within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the revision submitted on the 20th of June 2024, followed by resubmission of papers on the 26th of February 2025 and the representation dated 30.04.2025 as against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.05.2024 in Na.Ka.J2/1482449/2023, within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision submitted on the 20th of June 2024, followed by resubmission of papers on the 26th of February 2025 and the representation dated 30.04.2025 as against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.05.2024 in Na.Ka.J2/1482449/2023 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
