When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that procedure to detain the petitioner as "Goonda" as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 is under process.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if such process is not completed within a period of four weeks.
