This Writ Petition has been listed today at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is seeking compensation for his 1/4th share on par with other co-sharers for which the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the other co-sharers were given compensation at the rate of Rs.900/- per sq.ft. and same compensation will also be paid to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, this Order is passed in continuation of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35898 of 2023 dated 30.07.2024.
