ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to accept the English translation of the Will in the Tamil language, executed by Mrs.Angammal dated 17.06.1964, in the office of the Joint Registrar, Chennai, filed in O.P.D.No.567 of 2020.

2. According to the applicant/petitioner, he filed the main Original Petition for the grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 17.06.1964 executed by Mrs.Angammal. The said Will was executed in Tamil, and now he wants to produce an English translated copy of the Will executed by Mrs.Angammal dated 17.06.1964, in the office of the Joint Registrar, Chennai, as per law.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition if it is otherwise in order.
