The Writ Petitioner has filed the above petition for Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose the petition dated 09.08.2023 filed by him before the first respondent which was forwarded to the second respondent.

As the petition is pending before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to dispose off the representation after giving notice of hearing to the petitioner as well as the College and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
