This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.A.Manikandan, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for R2 are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both the parties as well as their respective counsel are present.

2. The joint compromise memo filed before us and it reveals that the matter has been settled out of Court. The parties also confirmed the same.

3. In terms of the above compromise, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the joint memo of compromise shall form part of the records. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. The Management, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Kumbakonam) Limited, Trichy Region, Trichy - 620 001.
