This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet to dispose of Domestic Violence Complaint in DVC.No.67 of 2022. Though the above complaint was filed as early as 2022 and the same was posted for evidence as early as 29.03.2023, there is no substantial progress till date.

2. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the matter has been simply adjourned from 29.03.2023 for the purpose of recording evidence without any progress. Hence, this 2/5
