3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same on 05.02.2026.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
