This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no. 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16679 of 2024 by order dated 21.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 32 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
3.The condition in para no. 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16679 of 2024 on 21.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
