ORDER

This Company Application has been filed, seeking the following prayers:

1. To take this report on record;

2. To permit the Official Liquidator to avail the services of the following three empanelled e-auction service providers as per guidelines of Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 22.07.2025 (i) M/s.PSB Alliance Private Limited (ii) M/s.MSTC Limited, (iii) M/s. e-Procurement Technologies Limited (Auction Tiger) and

3. To permit the Official Liquidator to incur the expenses for filing this application from the funds of the Common Pool fund Account.

2. Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator appearing for the applicant has filed a report stating that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a fresh guidelines vide letter dated 22.07.2025 along with terms and conditions for the empanelment of e-Auction Service Provider (e-auctioneer) to the Official Liquidator offices across the country for sale of assets of companies under liquidation through e-auction by empanelling the following three agencies as service provider (e-auctioneer): (i) M/s.PSB Alliance Private Limited (ii) M/s.MSTC Limited,

(iii) M/s. e-Procurement Technologies Limited (Auction Tiger)

3. Further, the Official Liquidator also annexed a copies of Ministry's letters No.51/15.2019-Insolvency Section-MCA dated 23.05.2025 and 22.07.2025 along with terms and conditions.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and upon perusing the report of the Official Liquidator, this Court is inclined to allow the application as prayed for.
