ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 374 days in filing the Writ Appeal challenging the WMP.No.10444 of 2023 in WP.No.7300 of 2022 dated 21.06.2024.

2.Mr.R.Varadharajalu, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 374 days is condoned and this petition stands https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

allowed subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel who entered appearance for the first respondent and number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
