ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the sub division Patta issued in the name of the 6th and 7th respondents in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos.1022, 1017, 1036 1039/5 situated at Thali Kothanur Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner representation dated 03.03.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received a communication from the 3rd respondent wherein, the 4th respondent has been directed to take necessary steps.

3. Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader takes otice for the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 6 and 7, fresh notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with.

4. Since it is stated that the petitioner has received a communication from the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2023 as per the direction of the 3rd respondent and issue notice to the petitioner, the respondents 6 and 7 herein and also to the rival claimants/interested parties/objectors if any as the case may be and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
