The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 12.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27781 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the next date of hearing is on 20.12.2024.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 20.12.2024, and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
