O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1st Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of O.S.No.398 of 2023 within a stipulated time.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that before the trial Court, the revision petitioners have filed the suit in O.S.No.398 of 2023 for the relief of declaration and partition against the defendant. He further submitted that suit was filed in the month of April 2023 and the respondent has filed her written statement and the pleading have been completed but till date, there is no progress in the trial. Hence, he prayed to allow this petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of the petitioners and suit was filed in the month of April 2023, till date there is no progress in the trial. Hence, this Court directs the 1st Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of O.S.No.398 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
