ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction, directing the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint No.202122006013223 within a stipulated time, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearin towards his claim.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the petitioner's complaint is already closed by order dated 18.11.2021. Though petitioner would submit that without hearing him, the complaint has been closed, this Court is of the view that as the complaint has already been closed, there cannot be any direction once again to decide the complaint.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands closed. If the petitioner is really aggrieved by the closure of the complaint, it is for him to challenge the same in any manner known to law.
