2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that against the order passed in W.P.No.27732 of 2024 on 18.10.2024, W.A.No.613 of 2025 has been preferred and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay.
