2. Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

3. Despite notice having been served on the respondents in both the petitions, and their name and address printed in the cause list, none has entered appearance.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeals and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
