Crl.M.P.No.5917 of 2024, has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, dated 20.10.2023 in C.A.No.169 of 2021 and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of Criminal Revision, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.No.5917 of 2024, is allowed and the sentence passed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, dated 20.10.2023 in C.A.No.169 of 2021, is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
