PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take suitable action by directing the 4th respondent to initiate criminal action against the 5th and 6th respondents and gang and gang operating along with them.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take suitable action by directing the 4th respondent to initiate criminal action against the 5th and 6th respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, F.I.R.No.165 of 2024 was registered against the 5th and 6th respondents by the Inspector of Police, Thiruvallur Town Police Station.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
