This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed with respect to appearance and signing before the Respondent police twice daily at 10.00 a,m., and 5.00 p.m as per the Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.39599 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases Egmore, Chennai -08.
2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases dated 07.09.2023, wherein the Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Respondent police twice daily at 10.00 a,m., and 5.00 p.m. The said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. 2/4
3. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
