O R D E R
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to set aside and modify the condition 'the petitioner is directed to deposit 10% of the compensation amount before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sirkazhi within a month' imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1693 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.11 of 2023 by order dated 04.09.2023 by the learned District 1/3
and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai.
2.This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. A direction is issued to the petitioner to deposit 10% of the compensation amount fixed by the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. If the same is not complied with, the suspension of sentence granted in favour of the petitioner shall stand cancelled and the petitioner shall be secured and shall be made to undergo the sentence imposed by the Trial Court. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
