This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2023.

2. The very representation itself indicates that the petitioner has restrained the authorities from exercising their statutory duties.

3. It is the case of the writ petitioner that he advanced a sum of Rs.33,00,000/- to the third respondent and the original documents are with him. However, the third respondent is trying to register the documents in favour of third parties. The very representation itself indicates that the petitioner is trying to create a cause of action for a civil action. If really the petitioner has advanced any amount, the remedy is elsewhere and not before the Sub Registrar. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy by filing appropriate suit. In such view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
