.. Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the first respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's minor daughter M.Janani, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Complaining that the petitioner's daughter aged about 17 years had gone missing from his house, the petitioner had preferred a police complaint which was registered in Cr.No.259 of 2023 under the caption 'girl missing'. Since the minor girl could not be traced by the police within a reasonable time, the petitioner has preferred the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had produced the petitioner's minor daughter through the concerned jurisdictional police. When we interacted with the minor girl, she expressed that she intends to reconcile and live under the care and protection of her parents. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been

redressed, and hence no further orders are required to be passed. 3.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
