O R D E R

This application has been filed to permit the applicant/respondent to withdraw Rs.14,67,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Only) deposited by the respondent/petitioner, which is lying to the credit of Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.106 of 2025.

2. The main petition was disposed of by this Court by an order dated 25.08.2025, by recording a joint compromise memo filed by the parties. While disposing of the petition, this Court granted liberty to the applicant/respondent to file a payment out application for withdrawal of the amount lying to the credit of Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.106 of 2025. Accordingly, the present application has been filed before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier order passed on 25.08.2025, this application is ordered as prayed for. 2/4
