Heard Mrs. Thenmozhi Shivaperumal, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.Prabhakaran, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. A1/207/2022 dated 14.08.2023 issued by the Fifth Respondent containing 2/5
the beneficiaries of subsidy for construction of house by Scheduled Tribes and to consequently direct the Fifth Respondent to implement the list of beneficiaries dated 01.11.2022 in which the names of the Petitioners has been included. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the names of the Petitioners have been included in Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. A1/207/2022 dated 14.03.2024 issued by the Fifth Respondent. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 26.03.2024 2/2 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 22.04.2024.
