In all Crl.R.Cs., For Petitioners : Mr.A.Navaneethakrishnan, Senior Advocate for M/s.Pandi Thennavan For Respondent : Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Criminal Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Cases have been filed challenging the dismissal orders passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur in Crl.M.P.Nos.618, 619, 678 & 6183 of 2023 in Special Case No.6 of 2023 dated 05.12.2023.

2. When the matters are taken up today for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Revision Cases with a liberty to pursue appropriate remedies. He has also made endorsements in the case bundles to that effect.

3. In view of the above submissions and the endorsements made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Revision Cases stand dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
