O R D E R
The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.P.No.19 of 2019 on the file of the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned VI Additional Principal Judge to state as to how long she requires to dispose of O.P.No.19 of 2019.
3. The learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai has sent a report stating that the wife has filed a petition for return of articles in I.A.No.3 of 2019 and the same is pending. The report further states that in the main O.P., the husband already filed proof affidavit and marked documents. If the parties co-operate for expeditious disposal, he would dispose of the O.P. within four months.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai to dispose of O.P.No.19 of 2019 within a period 2/4
of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
