This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet to commence the trial in Crime No.199 of 2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur and the case is now pending in C.C No.953 of 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the matter stands posted for hearing on 15.02.2024 before the Trial Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
