ORDER

This application has been filed to issue appropriate summons/ subpoena to the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore directing them to produce the Document Nos.3 to 10 mentioned in the schedule.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the respondent that the Authorized person is the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Sales https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Tax Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore. The Memo has also been filed today to that effect.

3. Mr.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ plaintiff submits that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Taking into consideration the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow the application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the respondent shall serve notice to the registered email id of the Authorized person viz., The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore.
