ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for respondent confirmed that the issue in this writ petition is now covered in favour of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 10.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.37428, 37434, 37432, 37411 & 37420 of 2024 for the Assessment Years 2017-18 to 2022-23.

2. The Operative portion of the order dated 10.07.2025 of this Court in W.P.Nos.37428, 37434, 37432, 37411 & 37420 of 2024 reads as under: "(i) The impugned order passed by the respondent dated 26.09.2024 is set aside.

(ii) Consequently, the matter is remanded to the respondent for fresh consideration (iii) Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to file a reply along with supportive documents within a period of two weeks. (iv) Thereupon, the respondent is directed to consider the reply and shall issue a clear 14 days notice affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and shall decide the matter in accordance with law."

3. The aforesaid order of this Court will be applicable to the present writ petition also. Hence, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the directions issued in W.P.Nos.37428, 37434, 37432, 37411 & 37420 of 2024 referred to supra. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
