2. Keeping open the rights and contentions of both the parties, petition is disposed with the following directions: (a) The Debts Recovery Tribunal will decide MA (NDN) No.3430 of 2023 in TSA No.23 of 2023 and MA (NDN) No.3431 of 2023 in TSA No.23 of 2023, in accordance with law and on merits.
(b) Mr.Sridevan states that counter in both these applications, if not already filed, will be filed
within two weeks from today.
(c) Statement accepted.
(d) Petition disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
(e) We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
