ORDER

This review application has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.09.2024 made in W.P.No.17226 of 2020.

2. Though this Court dismissed the writ petition vide order dated 26.09.2024, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, this Review Application is disposed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
